Now that it's the holidays, my mission is to get fitter, healthier, and if possible, get a set of six pack abs.
This is spurred after months of watching UFC and also watching the Silva-Sonnen fight.
Every day, I will go to the gym in the morning and in the evening, doing some home training.
The gym work consists of some running on the treadmill and weights.
At home, some cycling, core strength exercises and shadow boxing.
Gonna start next semester with some muscles.
